By taking one of the hotel's new lifts, one of which is panoramic, one reaches the terrace/sunbathing area on the seventh floor. The 400 square foot terrace affords a breathtaking view of the entire Versilia coast and the Apian Alps.

The terrace is equipped with chaise lounges and cushions to soak up the sun, with a "Mega-Pagoda" with divans and armchairs where you can enjoy a good cocktail.
