Dear Guests, herewith are a few of our menus for the summer season. We would like to inform you that in addition to our rich buffet of surf and turf appetizers, raw and cooked vegetables, Tuscan "crostini" breads, pizzas and "schiacciatas", desserts and ice-cream made daily by our pastry chef, Raimondo, you will also find fish with specialities from the area (seafood soups, the "cacciucco" (seafood stew) and other delicacies, plus meats and typical summer dishes.
Breakfast is served on the large buffet table placed in the middle of the dining room and it is a true "festival of fragrances and colours", from fragrant croissants hot out of the oven, to plum cakes, sponge cake, piping hot homemade pies. Plus yogurts, cereals, fruit preserves, juices, cold cuts and cheeses.
Herewith are but a few examples of the menus proposed by our chefs for the season. The hotel's chefs welcome you to taste not only these delicious dishes but many other ones as well.
